  Thomas A. Ruggiero is the Founder and CEO of Ruggiero Consulting, LLC. He has roughly 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, including holding leadership and supervisory roles at several major financial institutions such as JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup, Citibank, and HSBC. Throughout his career, he has focused on principles of transparency, integrity, and client-centered service—values that continue to guide Ruggiero Consulting, LLC today.

Mr. Ruggiero provides clients with objective and comprehensive financial guidance designed to support their individual goals. His background includes managing advisor teams, overseeing investment programs, and supervising compliance and regulatory functions within the firms he has served.

Thomas W. Ruggiero is President of Ruggiero Consulting, LLC.  has 10 years of financial industry experience. Before entering the financial services industry, he worked in the aeronautical field, where he developed operational and business experience that he later applied to his work with clients in the financial industry. He emphasizes education, communication, and helping clients develop a clear understanding of their financial objectives.

Mr. Ruggiero works with business owners and individuals on strategies designed to support retirement planning and other long-term financial goals. His approach focuses on understanding each client’s circumstances and developing a plan intended to address their needs as they evolve. 

 Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®) designation.

Christopher T. Ruggiero is the Executive Vice President of Ruggiero Consulting, LLC  and has over 23 years of experience in the financial services industry. His background includes roles at several major financial institutions, including J.P. Morgan Chase, Capital One, TD Ameritrade, and large independent broker-dealers. Over the course of his career, he has served in various capacities such as regional supervisor, municipal bond principal, structured product principal, bank officer, and financial advisor.

Chris focuses on understanding clients’ financial circumstances, goals, and preferences in order to help them develop financial strategies suited to their needs. He emphasizes a thorough planning process and strives to provide clients with clear, informed guidance.

Waldry Marte is the Director of Lending at Ruggiero Consulting, LLC, where he oversees the loan review process and works with clients to evaluate suitable borrowing options. As a licensed loan officer, Waldry assesses loan files to ensure they are complete, identifies any additional information needed, and assists clients in understanding the lending programs available to them.

With a focus on clarity and efficiency, Waldry helps guide clients through the lending process by reviewing their financial information, discussing appropriate loan structures, and supporting them in selecting options that align with their needs and objectives. His approach emphasizes accuracy, communication, and a strong commitment to responsible lending practices.

Waldry holds the required loan officer licensing and maintains up-to-date knowledge of lending regulations, documentation requirements, and industry standards.

Seth Steppe serves as the Director of Operations at Ruggiero Consulting, LLC, where he supports the firm’s administrative, organizational, and operational functions. He focuses on improving internal processes, coordinating cross-departmental workflows, and ensuring that the firm’s day-to-day operations run efficiently and in alignment with regulatory and business standards.

Seth brings professional experience from both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining Ruggiero Consulting, LLC, he worked in a range of operational, management, and consulting roles. His background includes serving as Managing Partner at Green Light Rural Development, where he worked on projects involving private capital and regional development initiatives. He has also supported organizational development efforts as a consultant for the University of Tennessee at Martin and Winrock International.

Earlier in his career, Seth held roles in legislative support, campaign management, and strategic consulting, contributing to operations, planning, and coordination across multiple organizations.

Lisa Lamborghini serves as the Director of Client Communications at Ruggiero Consulting, LLC, where she supports the firm’s communication strategy, client engagement, and service experience. In this role, she ensures clients receive clear, timely, and accurate information throughout every stage of their relationship with the firm.

Lisa brings 35 years of experience in the construction industry and over 14 years as a real estate professional, specializing in both commercial and residential sectors. Her extensive background includes serving as a licensed Realtor in California, Nevada, and Texas.

Throughout her real estate career, Lisa has worked with respected brokerages including Keller Williams Southern Nevada, Keller Williams Realty The Woodlands and Magnolia Texas, Keller Williams OC Coastal Realty Ca. She currently holds a California license and serves clients across Coastal San Diego and Orange County under the brokerage at First Team Real Estate with Lamborghini Real Estate Team. (CaDRE #02069986).

Her combined expertise in construction, real estate, and client communication allows her to anticipate client needs, streamline processes, and elevate the overall service experience at Ruggiero Consulting, LLC.

 Cathy Moir serves as the Executive Administrator for Ruggiero Consulting, LLC, where she oversees the firm’s internal operations and provides administrative support to the executive team. With extensive experience in operational and administrative roles, Cathy contributes to the efficiency and structure of the firm’s day-to-day activities.

Throughout her career, Cathy has worked in a variety of operational capacities, supporting executives and management teams across multiple organizations. Her background includes experience in human resources functions, administrative coordination, workflow management, and organizational transitions, including involvement in merger-related support. She has also managed administrative staff and client service processes, helping ensure that office procedures remain organized, efficient, and client-focused.

At Ruggiero Consulting, Cathy’s responsibilities include managing workflow, assisting with scheduling, billing and collections, handling client inquiries and correspondence, and providing broad administrative support to the team.
